It's time for a story: nearly 10 years ago i uploaded a silly video of me playing War Thunder in arcade mode. The airfields had an siren that sounded if enemy planes were close. The video got copyright claimed for that specific sound because some song used it too. Attempt to appeal the claim failed.

Turns out, it's not the worst case even. Some people had the sound of water copyright claimed, some had that happen even for their voice. And the last time i tried the appeal system, it first went to the right "holder" to consider and the window for that was up to 30 days.

Everything is so incredibly fucking stupid.
