When working on chrome we did a study and found that very few devs (~2%?) don’t use frameworks. These devs are less likely to use any other tools, and most work alone. In other words: hobbyists and dabblers Frameworks are an integral part of the web platform. Silly to compare them to a cybertruck

I want to know a dev who enjoys writing 100s of <wc-option>…</wc-option> inside their <wc-dropdown> **declaratively** by hand… and that’s only scratching the surface.
