A family of Tn7-like transposons evolved to target CRISPR repeats (bioRxiv) www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1... These Cyanobacterial transposons insert into the CRISPR array repeats - but are thought not to disrupt the array function, and may have evolved from tRNA-targeting transposons
