7.5 hours of sleep. Very welcome sleep, especially after fewer than 2 hours the night before when I was flying over. I don’t want to get up, darn it, but there is a lot for our tour to see and do today. Monochrome Monday morning hitting me hard.

It really does! I love to caramelize cabbage with onion, add water from cooking pasta, then toss with pasta. So good!
