Trump and Vance and the entire GOP are well aware their racist fear mongering is inciting threats and violence from their knuckle dragging base, but saying they “don’t care” is wrong. This is deliberate. The threats and violence are what they want.

I dislike the use of failure. There was positive advancement and the movement didn't stop working. Maybe it wasn't 100% successful YET. but that's not a failure.
