Can relate. Normal NSAIDs can't do enough. Opioids made me dizzy, nauseated, tired which is almost harder to process than the pain, so I stopped them. Medrol (steroids) give me anxiety, but at least dull a little bit - but are also a short term treatment.

I was mentally reacting to the "flushable" thing... and how they're never actually flushable, really doing damage to septic and sewer systems. I missed the "DUMPkin spice" . . . just . . . no.

Best of luck. The pain point for my SteelWorxx cage is under the scrotum. I often have to apply lubrication. Especially when attempts at nocturnal erection cause skin to move around and rub. Not sure if that experience is applicable to your belt arrangement.
If I may ask, what about the belt got painful?
