Best of luck. The pain point for my SteelWorxx cage is under the scrotum. I often have to apply lubrication. Especially when attempts at nocturnal erection cause skin to move around and rub. Not sure if that experience is applicable to your belt arrangement.

That's the issue i always have with classic balltrap devices. A full belt is a lot better in that regard as it keeps everything close to the body
