Have you mentioned here you suspect perimenopause? I hope your doctor hears and listens to you. It's a shitty time, but there are treatment options. Good luck! (I was so fucking irritable when pm started for me.)

oh, it’s totally perimenopause. i really like my doctor, so i’m hoping she hears me and doesn’t just assume i need to go back on antidepressants. i think she will though … i have a list of symptoms that have been active for 6 months or so, which are hard to ignore.
