Ouvrard is a constitutional monarchy and republic, with the nobility still being allowed to exist and make some decisions although the nation has an elected president, cabinet and governors who have more power than they do and also acting to keep the nobility in check.

Ouvrard (and by extent, most nations with the exception of Deseret, Australis and Delmarva) are comprised mainly of Chien and Felin.

Each region in Ouvrard is ruled over by a separate governor with towns ruled over by different mayors, with some regions being fully or partially autonomous for one reason or another. Do note that this map is outdated and doesn't include some details seen on the latest map as I forgot to update it.
