It's so funny how NYT et al have invented a Type of Guy who is undecided because he needs to hear more policy specifics from the candidates. Like he's combed through the candidates' white papers but still needs to hear more about menstrual surveillance state implementation to make up his mind.
Twitter invented this guy and the NYT picked it up to run with it. Just like the fake Parkinsons hit piece.

This will take its final form when the NYT finally manages to find someone to say "I'm undecided on Kamala mainly because I wish she did more interviews with serious outlets like the NYT."
The analogy is being given the choice of a sandwich or a plate of broken glass and asking what is on the sandwich.

I think "I need more details" is the way that low information voters save face. It's quite likely that the people "wanting more info" on Harris don't really know about menstrual surveillance either -- they just vibe with Trump more or don't care either way but want to sound smarter than that.
