Excellent. Great to see the mechanisms and the balanced approach applied and exemplified practically.
I always felt I came much to late to any decent reflection. It was something I did in a performative way but was too caught up in the day to day to really sit back and carefully unpick. A good coach would have helped but we tend to assume everyone knows how to do it and does.
Obviously I think this is great! It’s so nice to see these ideas out in the real world!
