Way I see it--let's say even if it were true in this instance, does that undo/rewrite or invalidate everything else you've ever written to this day? Does that somehow overwrite all the other remarkably strong, worthwhile work you've put out over the years? I say no. Your work is bigger than this.
You're a tremendously good writer, have helped a plethora of writers be better ones, and speaking just for myself, I really appreciated your work period. And I know plenty of others did as well. And I'd say that's not nothing. You have a body of work wherein there are genuine gems, imho.
I know nothing can alter one's own strict assessment, have been there and get that, so I won't try to dissuade you from it. But what I will say is, look at your feed and the amount of people who did find or get something out of your work, and if nothing else--that's something, on top of the pay.
