This looks to me like a crawling/information gathering error that could've just as easily been made by Google ten or even fifteen years ago, rather than anything new or related to AI. (which is weird, because when I first saw this post I assumed it was a creepy AI generated Wogan 😂)

I didn't say it was AI, but these errors are more frequent now than they were, on top of the AI shit. Search was already getting markedly worse before AI features were introduced.
