I think its perfectly fine to suggest to someone they might be transgender and to suggest otherwise is kind of saying you think its some sort of insult or inappropriate topic to be discussed publicly

Sometimes I suspect I would be happier and would have figured it out sooner if the person who gently hinted I might be was a bit more direct. Hard to tell considering I was trying so desperately to find a way to be a girl that didn't feel alien at that time, the denial was real.

ive basically suggested it to all of my friends just in case, even the ones that dont give off egg vibes, because whats the harm in encouraging them to think about it? better to think about it and make a conscious choice than to never have it cross your mind

Its not some scaryyyy dirty thing to suggest transing your gender might make you happy

The first time i heard of this idea it was in the context of like, not making jokes/speculating about public figures which totally makes sense to me. Then i heard about the whole "egg prime directive" thing and never mentioning it to anyone ever and thats just really stupid.

I was not ready when someone else told me. I freaked out. Scrubbed my social media. Ultimately it took me figuring out for myself. Does that mean the “hey you might be trans?” was unhelpful? Idk.
