I resist every time, but it still occasionally comes out of me and it embarrasses me in the same way that farting during a quiet moment in church might embarrass a stern grandparent

the trick is to say “oofdah” ironically when you’re young and spry, and you won’t notice the transition to saying it sincerely ☺️
