A rain/snow line is just one of those things you draw with your heart every time. I once got as far as explaining that once I knew where the low was, I could sort out the line. And got right back to 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ as soon as I was asked how I knew the low would be somewhere else.

I respect the hell out of science that has worked itself all the way back around to divination without sacrificing utility. If someone fusses about it too much, just sprinkle them with herbs and start chanting in Latin.
