Searching for the best use of ARRS Roles in improving Access to Primary Care What’s your most effective ARRS Role and why? And if you are in secondary care or other sectors -what roles would you like to introduced and how would you want to see them used to best improve patient experience?

I think the best ARRS roles bring new skills and take non patient-facing work from GPs. Pharmacists to reconcile meds after discharge from hospital, GP assistants to do the techy bit of referral once I've written the letter. Physios good too. 1/2
