it could take a hundred applications before you get an offer. check out the engineeringstudents subreddit and you'll see posts of people visualizing what happened to the many applications they submitted before their job, for instance.

remember this: being rejected is never your fault. its going to be automated filters, managers who pounce on the first acceptable candidate, or even plain ol' prejudice for some folks. just keep trying. someone will offer you a job one way or another
