I did and the follow up standardisation was then remote. I think both aspects are key but I’m not sure if I would feel strongly about in person or remote for the training itself.

From what I've been told, the quality & extent of monitoring of examiners' work depends very much on the Team Leader Is that so? From your experience (albeit a while back) is it possible for a lax Team Leader to just let things go?
