Functionally zero of the noise that makes up tv/radio static is CMB. Like it’s such an incomprehensibly tiny amount of noise that the receivers that can study it have to be cooled to near absolute zero.

As someone who can hear electricity on occasions, I recall hearing messages in morse code ... turns out it was the airport across the bay's callsign. We were so close that the signal was interfechering with the power frequency.
