Quinn gets a new start in book 3... which is not necessarily a good thing 😬 Rylen's new start came when he got sober and became a father. He adores his kids and will do anything for them.
Right at the start of the story 😅😅 Emily and Koujaku were forced to have a new start when they woke up from a 20 year stasis with no way of contacting their old friends.
Jack had to start over after the divorce. It was a hard transition, but he faced it with the best attitude he could. His focus was on providing a smooth and supportive situation for his kids.
My MC basically took off on her own as soon as she was able. Shitty upbringing and state of the world means she just wants to be left alone. So she travels the country in an RV and tries not to get into trouble.
