Am I the only one who has no clue where their vaccination card is? Why is that required, particularly in California where there's a vaccine registry that Walgreens can look up your last covid vaccine information?

Oh I lost mine too. Very, VERY fortunately, CVS (and MyChart!) had all my info in their system from my previous vaccines/boosters. I would mention this to them

They can and should look it up, but worst come to worst you can download the electronic version to your phone
