There’s a bit of a ceiling on what you can earn as well. I’m currently a grade 6 so I’m on good money, but there’s nothing really above that. At least in the civil service.

I can celebrate my difference in my current role, so much work to do and lots of positive change. It's really good to see, although very frustrating at times too when folks don't care.

I took a sidestep from being a lead developer into the accessibility profession. I love the impact of the work, and you generally find lots of folks like us working in the space. Suppose the same could be said when I was a developer; people were just less open about it.

I feel gutted for you. I'd ask for a second opinion. The report in 2-3 weeks feels like a huge wait. I got mine within a day of my diagnosis, although I did go private.

Last year, I tried Kroenenburg Blanc 0% in Sweden. It's the nicest non-alcoholic drink I've ever had. Unfortunately, they don't sell it in the UK, which is disappointing because I crave it every few months. Anyway, I just found a French shop selling it online in the UK. Buzzing!

The new(?) Google Meet/Chrome feature, which minimises the call you're in and shows it when you move to different tabs, is so good. I constantly forget which tab my call is open in.

That Adidas Originals x NUFC collab just cost me a small fortune. Gorgeous gear!

I mean, all this said. I think the feelings are there deep down because I've been burned out and have had many shutdowns over the years because I'm perhaps not dealing with how I feel about stuff. It's an interesting topic, for sure. I meant to ask if you have had your second session yet?
