Thatās not true at all in terms of design. We did a lot of work during this administration finding and supporting judicial candidates (along with other orgs like Demand Justice, etc.) Especially in red states where the progressive bench wasnāt that well known. Funded though, absolutely.
There is FedSoc the debate club and then inner FedSoc which is the grooming network for the next generation of judges. ACS doesnāt have the latter, in general because they prefer talent to naturally rise to the top. Iām still involved in ACS and it also lacks the funding.
