That’s not true at all in terms of design. We did a lot of work during this administration finding and supporting judicial candidates (along with other orgs like Demand Justice, etc.) Especially in red states where the progressive bench wasn’t that well known. Funded though, absolutely.

My experience with ACS was they wanted good people with knowledge and skill about the law (complementary) not we want hacks who will do what we like who cares about each competence and experience (fedsoc approach)
