Maybe they should leave the fate of the US environment to scientists, and not sloppy clerks ?
This is why writing and enforcing regulations mandated by congress should be the purview of scientists who know what they are doing. Not judges who just think they know what they are doing. Repealing Chevron is a disaster in the making.
