I think this is a scenario Elon is intentionally trying to manifest. Do election crime. Get arrested for it. Scream "ELECTION INTERFERENCE BY THE DEEP STATE." Drive a ton of alienated non-voters in swing states to the polls outraged by "Democrat corruption." Then get Trump's DOJ to drop the charges.

I think it’s probably more that he’s overestimating his ability to swing the election to Trump and underestimating the degree of legal exposure he’s opening himself up to. This is a man whose understanding of odds extends only to “have other people fund your martingale strategy infinitely.”

The more I watch Elon the more I think he's the most dangerous guy in this election. I don't think "haha his GOTV operation is incompetent" is the right take. What happens when he and his goons show up to vote tabulation centers? What happens when he tweets about fraud in drop box?

In other words, follow the same strategy that Trump has used effectively since J6.

Or there's the more likely scenario: that laws don't apply to billionaires who build rockets for the pentagon.
