I’m not sure what the college is thinking of doing or what integration would even look like—but I know it’s thinking of how we can use AI in non-academic contexts to…do…things? What are other institutions doing at an admin level?

Our IT department was very proud of having built a system that basically matched natural language questions coming in via chat to a database of human-written tech help. Didn't get tech details, but didn't seem hugely expensive. Pretty much set-and-go automated, to hear them tell it.
