How else are colleges using it? What’s it good for in terms of college operations, internally (retention, collaboration) or externally (Recruitment, development)?

My concern is spending time and resources on this because some Admins don’t want to write their own emails, which i know is ungenerous of me, but…

I’m not sure what the college is thinking of doing or what integration would even look like—but I know it’s thinking of how we can use AI in non-academic contexts to…do…things? What are other institutions doing at an admin level?

Actual question: does anyone know the rough cost of incorporating and maintaining AI…systems? Applications? within college operations? Does it require additional dedicated admins/staff?
