Healthy reminder of just how far we have to go in making the transition to EVs from diesel/petrol cars.
Income equality in car access: - In 2019/20, more than one-third (37%) of UK households on the lowest incomes (the bottom quintile) did not have access to a car. - This was 4.5 times higher than the 8.3% of households on the highest incomes (the top quintile) that did not have car access.
