She's 5'2, so she's usually between sizes on frames. Currently rides a 48cm Cannondale Synapse. She's had a bike fit once, and it's got us closer to the perfect fit. I just keep tweaking bits every now and then, to see if it helps.

The saddle is as far back as it will go, to take the weight off her hands, which I think is the cause of her shoulder and neck pain. It's definitely helped, so I think the next move is a shorter stem. Maybe 10 or 20mm shorter 🤔
