The amount I've learned about obscure mythologies from Shin Megami Tensei is off the charts. Nioh as well, specifically for yokai. Even Okami applies; I only learned years later that those wall monsters (FUCK Blockgrande Grande btw) were actual Japanese folklore.

I'm not that far into the game yet, but this guy is almost certainly a "spirit of the Triforce" or something to that effect. Perhaps a fraction of the Triforce, and then in the end all the fractions will combine to (re)form the Triforce. So yeah, "Try" it is.
Still no idea how I'm ever getting that 100.000.000 hand unlock.
Honestly I pretty much never change the difficulty away from Normal. I consider it the closest to the 'intended' experience, and it's very rare that I feel I would enjoy a game more if it was easier/harder. And Hard Mode is usually just Long Mode anyway.
So are we just not going to mention the "fetish" equipment slot? This sounds neat though! Painkiller is exactly the kind of FPS I like.
I see what you mean; I was pleasantly surprised with how easy and effective it has been to disable everything but Blutoid. So far I haven't been pushed any random political hate-bait from people I've never heard of. That's my line in the sand for joining any social media.
Amazing game. Good atmosphere, cool set-pieces, and Batman Arkham combat made challenging. I loved the sense of progression in this game (in terms of skill). I got my ass absolutely handed to me by the first boss, yet after beating the whole game that guy felt like he was moving in slowmotion.
