look, I'm not into folk horror because of the "folk are evil! EVIL people will kill you!" aspect of it I'm in it for the gnarly folk cures and folk magic and weird occult stuff blood and clay and salt in a hex jar, children buried alive in the walls of church as guardian spirits that kinda stuff
I love Pushkin bsd but nobody talks about him because they made him purposely unattractive so he has no fandom and nobody recognizes his importance to the story. Somebody please talk about how amazing of a character he is with me.
Concept: Authors "covering" older books the way that musicians cover older songs. Who would you like to see cover an old story, and which one? (Author does not need to be alive) I'd love to see a Pratchett version of The Hitchhiker's Guide.
