I was going to comment on this post, but I ran into an administrative burden. 😜

"Tax benefits ... are clearly less burdensome than alternatives like TANF." Shouldn't the annual lump-sum payment structure of tax credits—in which credits are only received in the year after the child-related expenses it is supposed to help parents afford are incurred—count as an admin burden?
