Ok how much is a good rate to hire someone to do very short term community management? I want my BUUZA!! discord to actually be good and functional but I do not have time to work out how to use bots ect to maintain the server, and I would like to pay someone to do it for me short term

Bots break all the time, if you need this assistance the best thing you can do is to find someone who can and will do it long term, or to teach you. I help with a very active discord of ~500 members. To keep our community safe and healthy we have 22 members in varying server staff roles.
