He didn't really say but I think people checking up on people filing ADA related claims and if someone actually had a legal diagnosis. I am also ADHD and he was reconfirming my diagnosis from 5th grade at 30 and prescribing Adderall for the first time to me so there might be more scrutiny there too

“ADA claims”? very few autistic people qualify for disability and if you are being discriminated against, eg by an employer, it’s private lawsuits generally, & you can be discriminated against for anything like a simple allergy, low barrier. like i said… weird…
