Maybe a better way to say it would be faculty think "what can I do to make this place better and stay here?" and admins think "what thing can I get started here, leverage that thing for another job, and leave before we find out if that thing actually works?"
Admins have completely different reward systems. And not good ones. Faculty typically think "what can do to impress people here and keep this job?" Admins think "what can I do to impress people elsewhere and get a different job?"
So you can write that, but I'm not supposed to say "exhibited" in my papers? 😀
At TENN I once saw an early 19th century collection that listed "North America" for the locality data.
Fried dough with sugar. Even the worst donut ever made is better than most other food. Stop overthinking things.
Looks well done. I'll also commend the Russian authors for not referring to Crimea as part of Russia, rather sticking to simply the name of the region. Not sure if this was a conscious choice, but either way other Russian botanists have not been as respectful recently.
Whatever thoughts I might have on triangulation and his Sistah Souljah comment (and I do have them), isn't Sistah Souljah part of what helped Clinton get elected and triangulation part of what helped him get re-elected?
I think you know the answer to this question.
Holy shoulder ruffles!
