I just messaged my doctor asking about how how to proceed with getting my annual flu shot, so thank you for that already! Not glad to hear it's hard on the GI tract because everything seems to affect my GI, but now I know it's possible. My diet is already so limited thanks to MCAS. *cries*

If it helps at all, my MCAS was not affected whatsoever by the methotrexate. I hope the same for you! I ended up having to go off of it due to side effects (liver damage) and I'm now on Leflunomide tablets and Cimzia injections, which seems to be working out well for me.
