I ran out of ketotifen (waiting for my refill to arrive) and I'm itchy all over. Every time I question if I truly have MCAS I just need to remember that even a day without one of the MCAS meds allows it to flare up and that I do, in fact, actually have MCAS.

CVS said they have the new Novavax when I asked today, so I have made an appointment to go get it tomorrow. Hopeful they actually do have it.
