Ah, I believe I am. Interesting. I also have been bad about taking my supplements lately, one of which is vit K, if that makes a difference.

There does need to be proper studies on this because I do believe there's something to it. And I think your line of thinking makes a lot of sense.

Speaking of food, have you heard of caffeine making methotrexate less effective? I have tried looking I to it and have found a lot of conflicting info, so I'm not sure what to believe.

Well, silver lining! lol My doctor assured me if this medication doesn't go well there are plenty of others. The rough part is finding the right one(s), of course (we're not strangers to that it seems).

I just messaged my doctor asking about how how to proceed with getting my annual flu shot, so thank you for that already! Not glad to hear it's hard on the GI tract because everything seems to affect my GI, but now I know it's possible. My diet is already so limited thanks to MCAS. *cries*
