Well, I feel vindicated, after 35 or so years. My mates did "Monday Night With the Lads", where we would alternate hosting/cooking, and I misread a chicken recipe calling for 7 cloves of garlic as 7 BULBS of garlic. Twas VERY garlicky, but tasty! And proved there's a point of maximum garlicosity.
