Yep those are Eriochilus - Bunny orchids. They often flower in autumn - although in some places they can be out as early as January. The good thing about terrestrial orchids in SE AUS is there are species that flower in all four seasons - not just in spring :)

Aka Parson’s bands? I now remember seeing the hyacinth orchids at my sister’s place near Wangaratta many years ago. Always exciting to see diuris and caladenia when they’re out.
