- I like the dialogue being kept largely verbatim from the OG, but at the same time, it makes things more predictable. I would've preferred REmake style, where remade scenes have similar but not identical dialogue. Oh well, better to play it safe than risk having bad dialogue I guess
- Some weird graphical bugs here and there. I'm seeing a cross hatching effect on the static blood puddles/trails you encounter near the start of the game. Looks like a supersampling bug? - No way to track the "memories" you encounter from the OG. Not sure if there's more to those yet though
why is Mary's head enormous in the picture you have of her, she looks like a bobblehead lol - Voice acting is better than I expected. They somehow kept the off-kilter vibe without it sounding forced or hokey, and I appreciate that very much - New OST is glorious. Yamaoka is a master of his craft.
I started SH2 Remake last night. So far it's overall great! Though I do have some gripes: - Combat still sucks. It's better than OG SH2, but somehow worse than Homecoming despite them basically copying it from that game lol? - Graphically very pretty, but some oddities. Like
