people forget that a lot of trans people are also part of other marginalized groups. for a lot of us, it isn't our first time experiencing oppression. this one happens to be considerably more dangerous, and is more visible from the outside.

I've spent the majority of my life struggling to not be constantly looked down upon as a burden, or incapable, just for being ND. I've learned a lot from that, and I try to give a lot of grace to people who aren't online, but I get a lot angrier when people use up that good will.
