Pumpkin is looking a little the worse for wear. I can't take him to the SPCA's low cost vet clinic (TNR, shots, microchip) w/o proof that his human is on public assistance and without their written consent. (She knows he comes here.) If you have ideas on how to ask for that politely, let me know.
