Fascinating. How does the City of Minneapolis reconcile it's position that bikes should use the vehicle lane (and not the bus lane) with Minn. Stat. 169.222 that requires bikes to be as close the right hand curb or road edge as possible?

I contacted the B Line project office about this question and this is the answer I got.

Ummm ... is this really indicating a Minneapolis-Saint Paul difference in how we're interpreting basic traffic laws?

Lake Street is technically a county road (48 I think), afaik, Marshall Ave is not a county Rd.
