so i do realize i am mostly showing off my parent generation ocs here, and honestly can you blame me. i was in my early twenties myself. and at which point in the timeline are we talking? take einarr's parents for example. when einarr was young and mortal, his parents both hit 40 at some point.

but also that was literally more than a thousand years ago. einarr is no longer mortal. einarr is an ancient vampire, and all his relatives are long dead. time goes on. do his parents count as "OCs in their 40s" when i've simply drawn them at that point in their lives?
