I have heart failure, so sometimes I have no choice but to drink decaf. 😅 Worst is, I LOVE coffee, so I drink coffee anyway, until it's one of those days I really do need to stick to decaf. Luckily today is not one of those days.
We're having to explore decaf because Mum has just been diagnosed with a heart problem, so recommendations welcome!
Fortunately it's not quite that bad. While missing 96% of its caffeine, decaf still has its full complement of other alkaloids, which at least in my case are just as important.
