The reason we often feel that nothing we do as individuals is enough is because it isn't and because our actions are meant to be collective and cumulative. But for those actions to be collective, each of us must do our part.

Underrated thing about working on a climate project is the conversations about inconvenient non-flight travel (as the norm). I have family in places I can’t get trains and boats to, so I’m not saying never fly. But there is definitely a lot of flying that could be avoided.

ok my magical trick for being consistent with training 🏃🏻🏋🏻 is to workout 6-7x a week because you can't convince yourself to delay your session. there’s no where to move it, so you just gotta do it. just call me a lifestyle guru 😜
