Took me 9 years, waiting list in 2014, private in 2015 (hrt 2015) social transition 2016, first GIC appt 2017 surgery 2023 The whole process is designed to be slow and to try to not deliver, 100% the care pathways are designed from the standpoint that transition is a bad outcome.
